About the Role

Sagan Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with hands-on experience in US residential leasing and property administration. You will support a US property-management team by managing leasing administration, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs while communicating clearly with residents and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support residential leasing and lease-renewal administration.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out records, processes, and communications.
• Communicate professionally with residents and property owners.
• Research unfamiliar situations, use sound judgment to act independently, and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leasing or property-management administration experience with US residential properties.
• Primary experience focused on leasing and property-management administration.
• Excellent English fluency and comprehension.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with AppFolio or LeadSimple.
• Experience with day-to-day property operations and issue triage.
