KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR in home country / GCC.
