Summit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Speech Therapist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to provide vital teletherapy services to children and adults, diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders to improve communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms effectively and compassionately.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to support client development.
• Educate clients and families about speech disorders and recovery strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders.
• Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapy delivery.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications in Speech-Language Pathology are preferred.
