About the role
Blend Projects is hiring a full-time Assistant Site Supervisor for Vancouver Island & Gulf Islands.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Project Managers and Site Supervisor on carpentry and deficiency work, QC and safety checks, coordinating trades and deliveries, and daily reporting.
- Help keep every Blend site clean, safe, and on schedule.
Requirements
- Carpentry and construction experience.
- Valid First Aid.
- A reliable vehicle and your own PPE.
- Strong communication and comfort with digital tools.
Benefits
- $25–35/hr, depending on experience.
- Paid travel time.
- Extended health and dental after probation.
