Help Inspire the Next Generation of Swimmers!
The Tiffin Tidal Waves are looking for enthusiastic, dependable Assistant Swim Coaches to help develop young athletes in fun, positive, and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with swim team practices
- Motivate swimmers to achieve their personal best
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship
- Lead practices/meets when Coach is unavailable
