Associate Attorney

White Summers Caffee & James, LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 2-3 years of "startup law" experience to join our Redwood City international corporate practice.

Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar and should have trained at a large law firm (Am Law 100/200 or equivalent), with substantive experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and business entity work. Working knowledge of another language is a plus.
