Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney (Washington, D.C.)The Barton Firm, a boutique litigation firm in Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate attorney to join its practice. The firm represents employees in litigation involving ERISA/employee benefits, military service protections (USERRA), and employment disputes, handling both individual and class action cases nationwide.
About the RoleThis position is primarily in-office in Washington, D.C. but with flexibility for occasional work from home. The associate will work closely with an attorney with over 25 years of litigation experience and gain hands-on exposure to all phases of litigation. Given the firm’s size, this role offers substantial responsibility and the opportunity to develop practical litigation skills early in your career. Occasional travel may be required.
