Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Alleato Group is a growing commercial design-build construction company looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our Indianapolis team.This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, work directly with company leadership, and grow with a company that is continuing to expand.
What You’ll DoManage commercial construction projects from start through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal project teamsManage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, permits, inspections, and project documentationTrack change orders, subcontractor pricing, and project costsManage project schedules and coordinate look-ahead schedules with SuperintendentsOversee punch lists, closeout documents, and owner turnoverAssist with estimating, bid reviews, and subcontractor scope coordinationReview and manage subcontractor and owner pay applicationsMaintain strong communication with clients throughout the project
What We’re Looking ForProven commercial general contracting/construction experienceProject management experience overseeing commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction documents, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordinationExperience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project closeoutStrong organization, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to take ownership and keep projects moving
