ResponsibilitiesHost and speak at public workshops to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning optionsConduct client consultations, gather necessary information, and help clients take actionDesign and review individualized estate plans to ensure alignment with client goalsLead document signing appointments, explain plans clearly, and address client questionsCollaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver exceptional client serviceMaintain detailed electronic records of meetings and communicationsMeet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and professional developmentEngage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussionsRespond promptly to client needs via email and phone
RequirementsJuris Doctorate and active law licenseStrong communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsComfort with public speaking, persuasion, and education-based salesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software preferredCustomer service experience preferredWillingness to work early evenings twice a month
