Associate Attorney - Litigation

Tasks

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party claims, including liability and insurance disputes.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare dispositive motions and draft coverage opinions.
• Attend hearings and conduct examinations under oath while managing litigation matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years law-firm litigation
• JD from ABA-accredited school.
• Active Colorado Bar.
• Local Denver candidate.
• Law-firm litigation, depositions, dispositive motions, hearings and claim investigation.
• Preferred: Insurance defense, personal injury, coverage, bad faith, construction or premises liability.

Schedule

• 100% on-site.
• Local only. No relocation.
