About the role
A law practice handling insurance defense and complex civil litigation matters.
Tasks
- Investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims.
- Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad-faith matters.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
- Attend court hearings and conduct examinations under oath.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Colorado Bar license required.
- 3+ years of law firm litigation experience.
- Insurance defense, personal injury, or coverage litigation experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
