About the role
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1–49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other solutions, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships and set appointments.
- Gather leads from established business partners.
- Assess client or prospect needs and present suitable ADP solutions.
- Spend time in the field closing business.
- Work independently and collaboratively to grow the business.
Requirements
- Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse-to-lose attitude are must-haves.
- Prior sales experience is not required; ADP provides sales training and teaches you to use its sales technology.
