Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth in the chemical distribution industry. You will develop sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work across departments to support reliable delivery and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to chemical distribution customers and markets.
- Track sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and take corrective action.
