About the role

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other solutions, as well as sell additional solutions to existing clients.

ADP offers sales training and the latest sales technology. Prior sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and set appointments.
• Gather leads from established business partners.
• Assess client and prospect needs and present suitable ADP solutions.
• Spend time in the field closing business.
