About the role

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other solutions, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and set appointments.
• Gather leads from established business partners.
• Assess client or prospect needs and present the best ADP solutions.
• Spend time in the field closing business.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse-to-lose attitude are must-haves.
• Prior sales experience is not required; ADP provides sales training and teaches employees to use its sales technology.
