Associate I – Downstream Process Development

Tasks

• Support downstream process development experiments and studies
• Perform hands-on laboratory activities (~95% lab-based)
• Support process development engineers and clinical leads
• Work with downstream processing technologies and equipment

Requirements

• 1+ years
• BS in Life Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of industry experience in pharma/biologics.
• Hands-on downstream biologics experience.
• Experience with TFF, depth filtration, buffer preparation, and large-scale skids.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-changing R&D environment.
• Nice to Have: Biologics purification, protein/enzyme experience, AAV, single-use technology, or upstream experience.
• Recent Master’s graduates with strong hands-on downstream purification and industry experience may also be considered.
