About the role
Cross River is seeking an experienced L&D Consultant for the Associate, Learning & Development - Temporary position. Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, this role partners with the Talent Management team to build, launch, and elevate talent initiatives and programs, including professional development workshops, AI upskilling, and a global recognition program.
Cross River builds financial infrastructure for payments, cards, lending, and digital asset capabilities. Its mission is to expand access and opportunity through financial infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that support all stages of the employee life cycle and nurture a culture of continuous learning.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design appropriate solutions, share proposals to ensure alignment, and iterate based on feedback.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging, effective, learner-centered training materials, including e-learning, simulations, videos, and job aids.
