About the role

Finance Hub, an established Finance Business under the Vinod Patel Group, offers a wide range of financial products and services, including Hire Purchase, Car Loans and Personal Loans. Finance Hub is opening opportunities for individuals to join its team at Finance Hub Central (Samabula).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager Finance Hub and Departmental Managers to align human resources strategies with operational priorities and deliver objective HR initiatives.
• Advise and support management on workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and exits.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are in place, and monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Provide updates and advice on employee compensation and benefits, and support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Provide HR performance reporting and interpretation, and handle disciplinary processes, grievances, conflict resolution, company policies, and employment laws.
• Maintain employee records, HR data accuracy, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives supporting employee capability, professional growth, and leadership development.
• Work with the Group HR team to implement HR policies, procedures, communications, and training across Finance Hub.
