Job description
Connecting More Dots, LLC is seeking a dedicated Associate Professional (AP) to support and empower adolescents in our Level III Residential Services program.
THE ROLE
APs play a vital role in providing direct care, implementing person-centered plans, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for adolescents.
POSITION DETAILS
Full-Time
40 Hours Per Week
$41,600 Annual Salary ($20.00/hour based on a 40-hour workweek)
90-Day Probationary Period
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
Must meet North Carolina requirements for designation as an Associate Professional
Must successfully complete required background checks, health and safety requirements, and agency training.
