We are hiring for one of our leading semiconductor clients for multiple on-site openings in:
📍 San Jose, CA
📍 Dallas, TX
If you have hands-on experience with Advantest V93K (SmarTest 7/8) and a passion for semiconductor testing, we'd love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop, debug, and release test programs on Advantest V93K platforms
✅ Perform first silicon bring-up and device characterization
✅ Support production release and yield improvement activities
✅ Work on cutting-edge Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive product qualification and manufacturing readiness
Preferred Experience:
✔ Experience with Advantest/Verigy V93K (SmarTest)
✔ Semiconductor ATE Test Engineering background
✔ Digital, Analog, RF, PMIC, or Mixed-Signal testing expertise
✔ Strong debugging and characterization skills
