AI Engineer/Lead

About the role

AgreeYa is seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer / Lead to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
• Optimize AI performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, C#/.NET, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, NLP, and LLM architectures.
• Experience with OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG frameworks.
• Experience with prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI workflow automation.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
