About the OpportunityA growing plaintiff-focused litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to take ownership of a high-volume caseload while gaining significant courtroom exposure and advancing their trial skills.The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, particularly motor vehicle accident and PIP cases, and be comfortable managing cases through all phases of litigation. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolutionHandle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearancesEvaluate liability, damages, and case strategyDraft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documentsNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counselMaintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the legal processPrepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings as needed
QualificationsActive, in good standing, state bar membership2+ years of personal injury litigation experienceExperience handling motor vehicle accident and PIP cases is highly preferredAbility to effectively manage a high-volume caseloadStrong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skillsExcellent client communication and relationship management abilitiesTrial experience or a strong interest in developing trial skills is a plus
