The Role 💼
Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation - Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy - Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings - Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth - Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
