ATV Trail Guide

We are looking for an enthusiastic, disciplined and responsible ATV Trail Guide who has passion to tourism service, strong communication skills and is confident in operating ATV.

ON CALL requirements:
- Ensure guest's safety and enjoyable tour experience
- Take creative pictures and videos
- Provide friendly professional customer/ tour guide service
- Provide safety trainings, trail rules and explain ATV operation
- Monitor guests throughout the tour and respond appropriately to emergencies
- Assist with basic ATV maintenance
- Follow all company safety policies and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in changing weather (rain or shine) and rugged terrain
- Physically fit – weight not more than 70 kgs.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
