About the role
Mayon Skydrive ATV Adventure is looking for an enthusiastic, disciplined and responsible ATV Trail Guide with a passion for tourism service, strong communication skills and confidence operating an ATV. The role is on call.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests' safety and an enjoyable tour experience.
- Take creative pictures and videos.
- Provide friendly, professional customer and tour guide service.
- Provide safety training, explain trail rules and ATV operation.
- Monitor guests throughout the tour and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Assist with basic ATV maintenance.
- Follow all company safety policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Be responsible, safety-conscious and dependable.
- Have strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Be comfortable working in changing weather, rain or shine, and rugged terrain.
- Be physically fit; weight must not be more than 70 kgs.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
- Be willing to work weekends, holidays and flexible hours as needed.
