Audio Visual Technical Assistant

Job Requirements:
- At least high school graduate (preferably with specialization in technical course or related experience)
- With basic knowledge in audio, video and lighting systems
- Willing to work on-site and flexible schedule (events, training, and productions)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and can work under pressure
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating audio, video and lighting equipment
- Support the AV team during training sessions, events and productions
- Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Help with packing, loading and inventory of AV gear
- Ensure a clean, safe and organized working environment
