German Bilingual Technical Support Representative — Taytay, Philippines

Franz Jamal Brodeth De Francia is hiring a full-time German Bilingual Customer Technical Support Representative in Taytay, Calabarzon, Philippines. In this on-site role, you will help German- and English-speaking customers resolve technical issues and deliver a positive support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in German by phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and work toward prompt, effective resolutions.
• Record customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional groups on complex concerns.
• Share knowledge and contribute to improving support processes.
• Attend training to stay current on product features and customer support practices.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a German Bilingual Technical Support Representative.
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Technical support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
• One to two years of customer service experience is desirable.

Reporting and Growth

You will work closely with other technical support representatives and may coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. You will report to the Customer Support Manager, who will support your development. The role offers opportunities to build technical skills through training and professional development.
