• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubber, utility knife)
• Comfortable working at floor level and above head level
• Able to climb stairs, ladders, or platforms
