Automation Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for various software applications. Identify, record, and document software defects in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and establish test scenarios. Perform regression testing, performance testing, and functional testing as needed. Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback for product improvement. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enhancement of testing frameworks. Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance overall team efficiency. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in software automation testing (minimum 2-4 years). Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or equivalent. Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#. Strong understanding of test management and defect tracking tools. Relevant certifications in software testing or automation (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
