Key Responsibilities Lead and manage real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess property values. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and various stakeholders involved in the development process. Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure project specifications and client needs are met. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of each project and make data-driven decisions. Engage with local government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with zoning laws and development guidelines. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or a related field. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful real estate projects. Excellent team leadership abilities and interpersonal skills. Detailed knowledge of market analysis and property evaluation techniques. Familiarity with contract management and negotiation processes. Preferred: Relevant industry certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP). Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
