We are looking for an experienced AutoSys Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage, support, and optimize enterprise job scheduling and workload automation environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CA AutoSys Workload Automation, production support, incident management, job scheduling, and automation best practices.

✅ JIL Scripting and Job Definitions
✅ Job Calendars, Workflows, and Dependencies
✅ UNIX/Linux and Windows Operating Systems
✅ Shell Scripting (Bash, Korn), PowerShell, or Python
✅ Production Support and Incident Management
✅ Job Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis
✅ Workload Automation and Scheduling Optimization
✅ ServiceNow, Splunk, or Control-M
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 Administer and support enterprise AutoSys environments.
📌 Create, modify, and monitor AutoSys jobs, calendars, workflows, and dependencies.
📌 Troubleshoot job failures, performance issues, and scheduling conflicts.
📌 Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
📌 Manage upgrades, patching, migrations, and environment maintenance.
📌 Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to automate batch processes.
📌 Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
📌 Provide L2/L3 production support and support releases and on-call activities.
📌 Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
🔹 Good-to-Have Skills
⭐ AWS, Azure, or GCP
⭐ Control-M, Tidal, or other enterprise schedulers
⭐ DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
⭐ AI-assisted operations and predictive monitoring
⭐ ITIL certification
⭐ Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer scie
