Key Responsibilities

• Supervise lab sessions and ensure compliance with academic procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor student conduct and guide students on laboratory rules.
• Prepare lab spaces, equipment, and materials before sessions.
• Record attendance and report incidents or irregularities to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Answer student questions and help resolve issues during lab activities.
• Work with faculty to improve lab procedures and the student learning experience.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an educational or laboratory setting is preferred.
