Great Minds is hiring a full-time Back End Developer in San Jose, California. Join a collaborative technology team building scalable server-side applications that support customer-facing products and services. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to connect user-facing features with back-end logic.
- Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement data storage solutions using databases and cloud storage.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold code quality standards.
- Fix bugs and tune the performance of existing applications.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
