Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Doha, Baladīyat ad Dawḩah, Qatar. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend services using Node.js, Python, and Java. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless experience for end users. Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality and share knowledge with the team. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in applications. Contribute to architectural discussions, suggesting improvements and best practices. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications for future reference. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and Java. Experience with RESTful APIs and services. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
