Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js, Python, and Java. Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements. Optimize backend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and share best practices. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and bugs promptly. Engage in architectural planning and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency. Document code changes, development processes, and technical specifications thoroughly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development.
