• Solid professional experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate a recruitment team
• Recruitment project management capability
• Strong online research and digital recruitment skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual and multicultural environment
• Professionalism, integrity and strong work ethics
