Job description
Tasks
- Assist with daily mise en place and production planning.
- Support the preparation, baking, assembly and finishing of products.
Requirements
- Diploma or professional certification in Bakery and Pastry Arts is mandatory.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in a bakery.
- Ability to follow standardised recipes and processes to ensure consistent quality.
- Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, product labelling and FIFO inventory practices.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule
- Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts, as required.
