Job description
Tasks
- Supervising all program Directors for Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
- Overseeing all programs and services, budgets, personnel, and activities of the First Nation
- Responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing approved strategies, policies, and business plans.
- Establishing effective relationships with the membership
- Collaborating effectively with outside organizations to develop and enhance governance, financial, and administrative management (ISC, FNIHB, CMHC, etc.)
- Attending all Council Meetings and implementing their motions and resolutions (as requested)
- Managing all aspects of the Band Office Administration and Finance
- Other duties assigned by SLFN Chief and Council

- Strong knowledge of First Nations Issues
- Post-Secondary training in business, administration, management, accounting or finance with related administra
