Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves with a friendly approach.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and common salon areas.
• Use barbering tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Stay updated on current hairstyling and barbering trends and techniques.
• Build rapport with clients to foster a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.
• Participate in team goals by engaging in salon events and promotions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient barbering skills with experience in cutting and styling hair.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
• No formal education required; barbering experience is a strong plus.
• Barbering certifications or licenses preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in barbering or hairstyling preferred.
