Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves, to clients in a friendly manner. Consult with clients to gauge their grooming needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas. Utilize barbering tools and equipment effectively and safely. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and barbering techniques. Build rapport with clients to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote repeat business. Contribute to team goals by participating in salon events and promotions. Required and preferred qualifications Proficient in barbering skills; experience with cutting and styling hair. Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. No formal education required, but experience in barbering is a plus. Relevant barbering certifications or licenses are preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a barbering or hairstyling role is preferred. Our team consists of talented barbers who share a passion for creativity and client satisfaction.
