Sahil is hiring a full-time Barista in Pune, Maharashtra, India. In this customer-facing role, you’ll prepare quality coffee beverages, share your knowledge of coffee, and help deliver a welcoming café experience. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and can stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to consistent quality standards.
• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide attentive service.
• Explain menu items, coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
• Keep the workspace, equipment, and service areas clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock or supply shortages.
• Process customer transactions and handle cash accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with team members to support efficient daily operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer interactions.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques or enthusiasm for learning them.
• Previous barista experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
