QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a degree in diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Tourism, or a related field (requiring internship/OJT credits).
- Enthusiastic about coffee culture and driven to develop new skills.
- Thrives in a dynamic, high-energy, and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and highly collaborative with team members.
- No experience required—comprehensive training will be provided!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to standard recipes.
- Warmly greet guests, take orders accurately, and answer menu questions.
- Clean and operate espresso machines and tools under supervision.
- Keep the workstation and seating areas clean and food-safe.
- Track daily supplies, restock items, and help with inventory counts.
- Process payments accurately and manage the register drawer.
- Participate in barista training and assist senior staff with daily operations.
