Bartender

Responsibilities
• Provide warm, refined, and professional guest service while maintaining the speakeasy’s atmosphere and discretion
• Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to house recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper portioning while maintaining knowledge of spirits and other beverages.
• Verify guest identification, comply with liquor laws, and practice responsible alcohol service
• Accurately handle POS transactions, cash, tips, and end-of-shift tab reconciliation
• Monitor and manage inventory, including FIFO rotation, stock levels, waste reduction, and inventory counts
• Work effectively with barbacks, servers, and management while maintaining professionalism and composure during busy service
• Maintain proper hygiene, appearance, punctuality, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications
• Knowledgeable in cocktail preparation and beverage service
• Familiar with POS systems and basic cash handling
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, discreet, and able to maintain guest confidentiality
• Able to work efficiently and remain composed during busy shifts
• Well-groomed, hygienic, reliable, and team-oriented
