What You'll Do✅ Handle both inbound and outbound calls with business owners.✅ Contact potential clients and introduce our digital marketing solutions.✅ Schedule qualified appointments for our Digital Growth Consultants.✅ Offer a complimentary Digital Marketing Analysis to generate interest.✅ Qualify leads and identify business needs.✅ Update and manage customer information inside our CRM (GoHighLevel).✅ Follow up with prospects to confirm scheduled appointments.✅ Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, and qualified opportunities.

Qualifications✔ Fluent English (spoken and written) – Required✔ Spanish – Native or Advanced✔ Minimum 2 years of B2B telemarketing or appointment-setting experience.✔ Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.✔ Strong objection-handling and communication skills.✔ Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel is a plus).✔ Professional, organized, and self-motivated.✔ Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
