Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide in-home 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis direct services to clients diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or other related disorders.

Responsibilities (from the flyer):
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, NET, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home, school, and community
- Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors
- Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with kids. You will also need:
- a high school diploma (required)
- reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- 3pm-8pm availability (morning needs vary)

- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience with children
- Availability M-F 3pm-8pm
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
