Bidding Specialist PHILGEPS

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to handle bidding activities and support procurement by canvassing construction materials and sourcing the best suppliers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and identify bidding opportunities through PhilGEPS and other procurement platforms.
• Prepare, organize, and submit complete bid documents on time.
• Attend pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and post-qualification meetings when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, and pricing requirements for bid submissions.
• Prepare quotations, bid costing, and proposal documents.
• Canvas construction materials from multiple suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality, and delivery times.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for construction materials.
• Prepare comparative canvas reports and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting, and Sales Teams regarding project requirements.
• Maintain updated records of bids, supplier quotations, and procurement documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government procurement requirements, including PhilGEPS regulations and posting requirements.
