Bilingual Leasing Professional

In this role, you will be the face of our community, guiding prospective residents through the touring, application, and move-in process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities. Effectively communicate leasing terms, pricing, and availability. Process lease applications, renewals, and incoming inquiries. Assist with community marketing and resident retention events. Qualifications: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
