About the role
Integrated Staffing Payroll Solutions LLC is seeking a bilingual operations lead for shipping and receiving activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, and prioritize and assign daily work to employees.
- Verify shipments are prepared accurately and in accordance with specified requirements.
- Ensure incoming shipments are properly received, inspected, identified, and stored.
- Identify and escalate operational delays, shortages, discrepancies, or other issues that may impact customer shipments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse or ERP systems.
- Experience with inventory control and shipping and receiving documentation.
