Job description
Gold Coast Realty is hiring a full-time Bilingual Real Estate Agent in Brasilito, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Help local and international clients navigate property purchases and sales while delivering exceptional service in one of Costa Rica’s most picturesque coastal communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide buyers and sellers through each stage of real estate transactions, providing informed advice and market insights.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours for prospective buyers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and market analyses, explaining available options clearly.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Manage transaction documents, contracts, compliance requirements, and accurate client records.
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, closing agents, and other real estate professionals.
- Monitor property listings and market trends to help clients make informed decisions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of real estate sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Costa Rican real estate laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with real estate software, such as MLS platforms and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated sales, client management, and goal achievement skills.
