Compensation: $700 - $900 USD (monthly) Key Responsibilities:● Recruitment Operations: Manage platforms (Indeed Peru and Mexico, ULima, UPC, Bumeran), review applications, pre-screen candidates, and update the Recruiting Status Report daily.● Candidate Assessment: Evaluate English proficiency and assess goals, skills, loyalty, and experience through discussions.● Communication: Use WhatsApp for follow-ups, send emails with instructions, and guide candidates through interview stages.● Coordination: Clarify job expectations and collaborate with the Head Recruiter and Senior Recruiter to maintain accurate records and smoot workflows.Skills:● Strong communication and organizational skills.● Proficiency in recruitment platforms.● Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.Qualifications:● 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Headhunting, HR or related field.● Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or business administration required.● Strong English communication (written & spoken) - 9+ proficiency required.● High-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum).● Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent.
Setting: 100% Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (1-hour lunch)
