Exact Staff is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to join our Torrance team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has strong customer service and communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Recruit and candidate support
- Communicate with applicants in both English and Spanish
- Provide and outstanding candidate experience
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings and applicant interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and job fit
- Maintain regular communication with candidates
- Perform high touch hiring process
- Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding activities
- Source and recruit through job boards, social media and referrals

QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Spanish (written and verbal)
- Customer service experience required
- Recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficient with computer applications and software programs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY

PAY
$19.00 – $23.00 per hour DOE
