Bilingual Salesperson

Key Responsibilities Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new customer acquisitions. Prepare and present sales reports to management, analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and track sales activities. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a customer-facing role (1-3 years). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools. Sales certifications or training will be considered a plus.
