Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and recommendations to create a positive shopping experience.
• Execute sales strategies and work toward monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues on promotions and initiatives.
• Research the market to identify opportunities to attract new customers.
• Prepare sales reports, review performance metrics, and recommend improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
