WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Write and manage repair orders
- Communicate with technicians about needed repairs and timelines
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status
- Help maintain smooth daily shop operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Automotive knowledge (Toyota/Lexus/Hybrid experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Must be Bilingual – English & Spanish
- Customer service experience
